春节假期外贸人工作备忘录梳理:附英文通知模板

除了发邮件通知客户,潜在客户就交由公司网站和公司社交媒体账号来通知,让他们能够很方便地看到放假通知,避免因为潜在客户因为发送的邮件和消息询盘不能得到快速回复而失望。同时,这也是展示公司文化和传统的好机会。可以在公告中配上一些具有春节特色的图片,如红灯笼、福字、烟花等,让客户对春节有更直观的感受。

3. 物流与订单安排:

(1)确认出货计划:与工厂、货代等沟通,确认年前最后一个船期、年后第一个装运期等物流信息,及时安排货物出运,确保货物能准时发出。对于已出货的订单,及时收取尾款,安排货代放提单,通知客户详细船期ETD、ETA以及相应的清关资料,特别是需要产地证的客户或其他必要的清关证书,需提前准备好给客户。

(2)及时回复紧急邮件:收到客户的沟通邮件,能回复的假期期间及时回复。不能解决的,需要公司协助的,告诉客户具体回复时间。
